Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ​Dolina.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.
I strive on customer satisfaction and will do everything to make sure your purchase is more than satisfactory and the service received is of high standards.

Returns

You have ​14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will have received an email notification of your order - please contact us via email first in regards to your dissatisfaction and we can take it further from there.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please note we can not be held responsible for any items delayed or missing items you send from Royal Mail or other couriers and would therefore recommend it’s signed for or tracked.

If your return is approved, we will offer a replacement item minus the shipping costs if the fault is on our part.

Under certain circumstances we will look to issue a refund, however we would prefer to resolve the issue and as quick as possible send out a replacement item.

Refunds and replacements will only be issued if the fault is deemed to be on Dolina’s part. I ask that you check your spelling and any other requests of personalisation before completing your order to be sure that your end product is perfect and just as you wished for, if not more.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
